Hello mate!

I get to the M25 from home via either the B2026 across Ashdown Forest and through Edenbridge or if going early, up the A22 across another part of the Forest and via East Grinstead.

So basically either way I come out west of Clackets. To get there I'd have to divert on a big loop out through T/Wells, down the A21 and along the M25...

How about Jct.6 A22 Godstone instead? As you come off M25 there's a short bit of dual carriageway down to a roundabout with the A25. From memory, there's a long lay-by on both sides of the road. Could rendez-vous there?

As an alternative to the direct route I'm actually thinking of plotting a bit of a cross country run to get there...leave a bit earlier and go up (rough route so far) via A25, Guildford, A322 up to Bracknell and then Reading. From there A4074 to Wallingford and then on to the Oxford ring road and into Cowley...

Thoughts?
