There are two common types of injector electrics which are not interchangeable, so you would need to compare the resistance.

The O ring dimensions are critical and there are variations which are very similar to the naked eye but not interchangeable - you would need to measure carefully.

The injector needs to be the same flow rate and spray pattern as the other injectors.

It takes some care to test an injector but very little in the way of specialist equipment, so you can do that comparison yourself if you're feeling keen (and prepared to deal with the hazards of high pressure petrol sprays combined with electrical systems).

Otherwise, I expect Google would tell you the spec of both parts and whether they had any applications in common.
