'Sooting' on my Saab ttid

I am getting a blackish deposit on the back of my car. Changed the ERG 2 months ago and it ran ok for a while. Started shooting again and engine warning 'Limited Performance's comes up. It will also clear if the engine can be ran at 3.5k revs for a while, big cloud of black when it clears. Did have an economy remap which hold off turbos until 50% of accelerator used and boosted turn pressure to 22psi.
Any assistance welcomed.

Cheap remap most likely. How was it before it?

I will give you as many internet pints as you want if you would kindly re post this subject over on N,P and E with the title " My Saab is a bit Sooty" with emphasis on the colours it produces, the meltdown from the regular card pullers and millennials will be epic due to you having a genuine problem and describing it as any mature, level headed grown up would therefore giving them a real dilemma......
