Chaps

I need some help and advice, I am in the process of changing all my wishbone bushes to poly on the chim, so far in a hole day I'v managed to do ONE top NSF wishbone !!!

How do you get the hub away from the lower wishbone ??
The three little bolts at the bottom are stuck fast (even with the nuts off) is this where it comes away or am I missing something ??

Also, is there an easy way of removeing/loosening heavily rusted nuts/bolts ?? just had a go at the OSF top hub nuts and they aren't going anywhere.

I thought that removing the old bushes was the hard bit !! that was easy compaired to getting everything apart.

Please HELP !!!

Healthy does of WD40 / easing oil?

In addition to using oil as mentioned, applying some heat from a gas torch can help.

Then there's the good old 'hit it with a big hammer' method...

A more subtle variation of this if you've got room might be to use one of those ball joint splitters with the forks and screw.

I find brake fluid has great antiseize properties - just don't get it on the paintwork.
