Just got hold of a 570s, with the manual seats, but bizarrely am suffering lower back pain. Never happened in a car before. Anyone felt similar or believe the electric seats might help solve the issue?
Thanks

I've got the electric seats, I'm pretty sure they're the same as standard seat just powered and heated. They're super comfortable though, never had any issues at all, a big step up from my Evora.... when I owned my Elises I was first name terms with my local chiropractor!

I have been told by Mcbrum that the electric seats are very slightly raised at the back as apposed to cars not fitted with them, this is to accommodate the electric motor operation.

I have the standard seats fitted in mine, my other half has a really bad back, she always comments when she is in the car how comfortable the seats are.

I got lower back pain with manual seats, felt like missing lumbar support. The electric seats however have adjustable lumbar support and seem better, hope to get better idea after more seat time

That's useful to hear. I was wondering whether I should investigate retrofitting electrics (even possible?), buy a cushion to raise the seating position (as the problem seems to be with the quite deep and acute hinge), or, failing that, wait until I swap the car out!

For me, there is a difference between being held comfortably in the 570s for quick swift drives, and being relaxed and comfortable for a long drive. Mine has manual seats and I find I need to recline the seat a little more and pull the steering wheel closer when driving for a while, to provide a more relaxed position with proper back support.

That the seat, pedals, and steering wheel all line up without twisting makes it supremely comfortable once I've got the seat in the right place.
