Morning all

Have a 2011 QP that needs a service - has anyone used these guys and has any comments.

I have previously used HROwen and Joe Macari but have had bad experiences ….

I live 100m away so took my car there a few years ago and my sister did at the same time. I cannot say I would revisit. One of their carwashes is handy but the other is now a large building site as you probably know.

Speak with Clive at Joe Macari - really good guy. I had used HR Owen every year for a 2010 Granturismo, a 2011 California and then a 2014 Speciale but tried Joe Macari and personally found things simpler with them. Really good people to deal with and I'll be back.

Totally agree, I think they are the best around and have used them for 5 years to service and maintain my 599. Cannot recommend them too highly. Any questions drop me a note. Gus.

Had some recent issues with Joe Macari which weren’t pleasant …

Took ages to do some repair work (read months) then returned the car with damage to the rear bumper and tried to say that it was there when it was picked up (which it wasn’t - even my 12 yo daughter wondered what on Earth the mark was!). They finally agreed to respray the rear bumper after a lot of unpleasant calls.
