Swap 20" wheels for 19" on a Ghibli?

I am seriously looking at a Ghibli but can't get on with the ride on 20" wheels. I don't want to dismiss a well specced car on that basis, so is there any issue in swapping out the wheels for 19s? Do I need spacers or any kind of adjustment?
