My wife's just phoned to say the RipShifter has arrived and, apparently, she doesn't know how to fit it? Anybody else have this problem?

my wife had the same problem until she realised that she need to drop the back of the gearbox! when she had done that it was a 5min job to fit the shifter, which she did before cooking my dinner
