Thanks for the update Araf. I made my last trip to MF today to pick the car up from it's MOT and service. Glad I got a chance to say thanks in person - wishing Roger, Andy and the team all the best for the future as they've been fantastic in the 5 and a half years I've had the car.

Now I just have to find out if my recent order is going to go through then, if not I'm stuffed!

If you've ordered stuff from them you should be fine, unless they have contacted you to the contrary. You know what they are like. They stand by their obligations and the company is not closing because they have gone skint.

I'm going to miss my 7.00am MacDonalds breakfasts, after beating the 'congestion' charges at the Dartford Tunnel. I'll enjoy not having to get up at 4.30am though.

Cheers Araf, I know they are stand up chaps and I really appreciated their help and knowledge over the brief couple of years I've been going there. I'm just worried as some of the stuff I ordered was pre-order.

I might take a drive up there and drop of a few bottles of booze as a thank you for their outstanding work.

Sad news that MF will be closing.

Have always found Andy and Roger helpful.

They have been my first port of call for all things Monaro for the last 6 years.

Big shame MF are closing , been very helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with both Andy and Roger , good luck with where they are going now , the added factor i will miss my twice yearly pilgrimage to them to get the cars serviced , my dilemma where do i go now ?

It's a grate shame they are closing as they have always been very helpfully and have been excellent at sending out parts fast . Good luck to them in what ever they are up to next.

Monkfish have made the ownership experience that much better.
