Hi everyone,
Long time no post.
Anyway, keeping it short, is there a shortcut to 760bhp? Other than going to WP? Would be nice to tinker myself, and hopefully save some coin in the process.

Harrop used to advertise complete packages, but they do not seem to any longer.

I know some of the guys here have done self mapping and SC. I would not want to replace a Supercharger, though. Was thinking injectors, underdrive pulley, long tubes with sports cats, airbox and map.

Would that be enough to guarantee a healthy power house?

Thanks
Bart

Hi,
Thanks, I think what they show on the website is a full offering for supply and install...

Would they do a supply only basis? Or do you mean WP Oz?

If you don't do the book of faces, this is where he works https://www.mbsofsouthampton.co.uk/#section1smile

If that's too far, there's always Neil Johnson at Maidstone.

Another vote for Carl. And with those mods you’ll be around 800+ mark with the tunner luis Sola in Australia working his magic

Thanks everyone for the comments. Time to start getting serioussmile

Also, I have already got a 3” catback bimodal direct from Harrop which is good, but when Think of my old car (which was great around town, but ear bleeding on a German Autobahn) I feel the car I only drive once a month is simply too quiet.

Is there a clever way to add to the roar? Last car had long tubes, but that had actually made no difference to the sound when fitted.

Fit cutout valves after cats, nice load deep sound and press of a switch nice and quite when required.

Hmmm - The W547 Walkinshaw kit - did it - would not recommend it - this was into a HSV Senator manual VF.

The cam is relatively mild - and we never got anywhere near the 760hp claimed - ended up re-camming and re-tuning - and got to where we wanted.

Cheaper - but nearly as cost effective - aggressive cam - de-filipo exhaust, headers, over the radiator springs etc - wont give you 760hp - but hey - I am not sure you will notice the difference - much

For more you need the supercharger - and yep - 2300 - should give you what you want.

You just need a good tuner - and most of it is DIY.

He has the LSA which includes a 1900 supercharger. People are getting to his target on the 1900 so replacing it would be additional cost for no return.

Whoops - my error - I was working from a base LS3 - if already has a 1900 - I would agree - you will get to where you want to go.
