I had a S15 200sx a decade ago. Cat back exhaust, pod filter and 50p rubber hose to replace a restricted air line to increase boost from 7psi to 10psi and I was head to head with a LS1 VX SS to 100mile... lethal

Couple of heads-up for this weekend:

Thunder In The Glens is on in Aviemore. Warnings of extra traffic on the A9 and A95, and Aviemore itself will be mental. https://twitter.com/trafficscotland/status/1163810... Not sure what our route options are but might be worth bearing in mind.

Also, roadworks on M9 J6 past Falkirk (at the Kelpies) this weekend too. Northbound carriageway closed with contraflow on northbound, one lane in each direction. Likely to cause delays and could affect anyone coming to Stirling meeting point from the east. That one’s not yet on Traffic Scotland yet but I got notified because I work nearby.

I will make the meal,but not the run on the Sunday. Aim to be at the Premier Inn for 5ish for a crack before eating. Please excuse my paintwork!!! The clear coat has gone AWOL! Was due to be wrapped last month,but local firm can't get hold of the 3M colour I want. Be careful on the Sunday. The Traffic Feds are everywhere with dedicated Units operating. Several fatal accidents in recent months.
