I genuinely can't remember, they are OZ (according to the centres). I changed them as soon as I got the car. The original wheels are safely stored.

That must have been as much of relief as it was pleasing. Love the orange btw.

I have kept her for the rarity, she is #2 of 16 that I believe were sold in the UK and I was told 11 years ago there were only 11 still in existence. My uncle had her from new so I am the 2nd owner.

Is she a keeper, who knows.
I believe it’s rarer than that.I bought no9 from the importer Rod Clausen brand new in 2001, just before he returned to Oz. I think it may have only been 12 GTS-R VT2’s that came over.

The rarer the better! I know a number were written off and one
was exported and sold at auction in the US or Canada for crazy money. It would be good to know for sure how many were left.

How on earth do we put a value these cars.
Way I see it my car is rare, but not original,or in particularly good condition, the model is not known enough in this country to be desirable, and would be extremely had to value if smashed or something.

I’d Imagine this gtsR would go for a higher price in Australia than here.

I would imagine most of us don't worry about the value of these cars, it's a passion to own a Holden, our cars are different from anything else on the road and I always feel special when I drive mine.

Just to add 4 years ago I spent 15 k with the fish finishing of with a charger, that was more than the car was worth, common sense tells you I should have sold my car put 15k along with the sale money from my car and bought a Porsche, I would have more value in the car, but the simple fact is I would be bored, Holden really do get under your skin.
