Radio/ head unit changed colour??

Bit of an odd one. I’ve had my vrx8 since jan this year and the colour display on the radio / head unit ( blaupunkt) has always been red, just like on my 3 pod gauges.
Got in the car this morning and the head unit is now blue, pod gauges still red???
I’ve looked in the manuals and on the head unit itself for any menus re colour display changes and can’t find anything

As far as I’m aware I’ve not altered anything..

Any ideas??

Press the head unit around the hazard switch when switched on it will go back to red
