Bring my SS to UK

Interested in bringing my 02 SS to Uk when I move there end of year or beginning of next, I have obtained some info on the SVA and wonder if anyone knows costs of complying.
Seems that I would need foglight, possibly a fuel filler restrictor and also a speedo that reads in mph.
Does the actual odometer need to be in miles as well, I have seen some electronic kits that seem to change the signal sent to the speedo so it reads in mph (I think you also need to put a sticker on speedo face over the bit where it states kmh) but wonder if you can have a dealer change software using the editing program.
I have also been told emissions could be a problem.
Any suggestions or help would be great

Professional conversion is around £500. Fuel filler must be 22mm, odometer can stay in kmh, but speedo must be converted (stick on conversion face is OK), fog light is required. I have no personal experience of the firm, but have heard positive things of www.protech-uk.co.uk/
