As a current Tuscan 2S owner, I admit I still want a Sag and to some extent would consider it an "upgrade", despite knowing the differences between the two. For me it is definitely the poster child syndrome.

Well I'm currently just off a flight to gatwick, collecting the Sag in the morning and heading to Spa for the F1!! cloud9

So excited,

I plan to keep the car so couldn't give a monkeys what it's worth. :-)

(it's insured for £50k for now though wink )

Just leave it to me in your will and we are set. hehe. Had I won the euro millions I would have bought it.

I somehow very much doubt that. 2012 registered Cerbera's 531. 2012 Registered Sagaris' 137. Cerbera's built - 1,000 plus. Sagaris' built - 200 plus. Cerbera's for sale on PH at the moment - 28. Legitimate original Sagaris' for sale on PH at the moment - NIL.

From the 28 are only 2-3 Cerbera 4.5 for sale at the moment.

A car I have always loved but that just seems bonkers!
Find an RS200. At one point Ford couldn't get rid of them to their managers (including my Dad) at 25k. It's now a mighty expensive Escort weeping

I left TVR and bought an Aston as I could n't part with my T350 plus £30,000 for a similar spec and condition Sag. The Aston's fabulous to look at and drive, but Istill miss my TVR.
The reason Sag and TVR prices will remain steady or as in the case of Sags and Tuscan convertibles increase ,is that there.'s nothing else out there for the money that looks so good or feels so special to drive.
In my view the only reason values will fall is if someone starts producing a rival at sensible money and that's unlikely as Noble went way upmarket and Lotus are going through a difficult patch.
it just makes you realise what a genius dear old Peter Wheeler was and how much we miss his flair and engineering skills

See, this is where i cant understand why Sagaris's are worth circa 30K more than my T350. Please do not consider this a slight on this particular Sag, far from it. I just cannot see a 30 grand gap between it and my 2005 T350.............And i would love to own a Sagaris.

Thanks, I'll be sad to get rid but I think it's time, how many t350's were made? That might be a reason the sags are worth more but they might of only made the same numbers of 350's

I think I would part X mine with a Tuscan 2 s as its a very similar car but not got the price tag. I get worried about using mine now as its actually quite a high value car now!

Sounds sily I know.

Only good thing to come of high prices is good buyers, not in the elitest sense but stops the wide boy brigade.

Sorry Paul, I was thinking about one of the recent owners I know (self/wife)..Not in the slightest bit wide-boy, but an image that does little to promote values. Should have put a smiley of some sort in there smile
