access to ramps, or even 4 axle stands are needed, remove rear diffuser/panel, remove silencer, remove 2 exhaust pipes, then remove the 2 cats from the ends of the mainfolds, fit decats, then put it all back together.
if you are handy with spanners then 3-4 hrs on your back in the driveway?

If you can get good access to to the underneath of the car it should be straight forward just a socket set should be enough to remove the chassis cover plate and then the the clamps that hold the cats in place. Then put it back together again.
