Re-trim of the "Taragis" by Dave the Trimmer in Milton Kynes

Hi folks
While I was inspecting my completed car at "Dave the Trimmer" a while back, Dave was telling me about a project he did with Plasticman to re-trim a "Targaris" a few months back. A Targaris - as far as I'm aware - is a Tuscan donor car with a Sagaris shell and chassis. The interior is based on the Tuscan mk1, but has been modified.
Anyway, due to the unusual nature of this car, I asked if Dave would send me some photos of the re-trim he did on it as the Tuscan interior has been modified to look like the style of the later T-cars, so I thought it might be interesting to look at for future reference.
So, here are the pictures of the re-trim that Dave did on this rather unique car for interested people...
(Note - the photos are rather dark as I haven't had a chance to tweak them to improve the background lighting, but they do show the work Dave did quite well).
The style is similar to what Dave did to mine, but in different materials and colour scheme.
Looks pretty good I think!
After owning a Tuscan Mk1, I never really liked the style of the front console on the passenger
side and personally, I think this is a much better look - although the open style of the glove
box may have looked slightly better with a lid IMHO. Still better than the open-undertray though!

Sorry, I don't have any good pictures of the outside. I do have one, but it is not brilliant. I'll see if I can dig it up tomorrow.The external colour is light blue from memory and I think the vents have been opened up as well in a similar style to mine.
Will depend on the car you have and what you want doing I guess.
When I did mine the price came from what I wanted doing, the materials and colours I wanted to use and the style I asked for. Difficult to give a guide for those as I don't know what you're after.

not a tam i know, but my griff is in for carpets and a roof.
the carpet set replaced and trimmed to fit the car was only a little more than the cost of buying a carpet set.
the roof was pretty competitive too.
most important, he works on your car till its done, you dont "lose" the car for weeks like some other trimmers.
he has done work for me before, quality is very good, and attention to detail is as high as you want. of course, more detailing is more cost,
the most expensive thing seems to be seats, which ive seen some fantastic jobs,
the carpet set replaced and trimmed to fit the car was only a little more than the cost of buying a carpet set.
the roof was pretty competitive too.

That's alright, i've already spoken to Plasticman briefly about building a car. Was planning on having it bought and the project started ages ago but the other half keeps finding other thing's to spend my money on. Once I do buy the car, just got to decide whether to go for the Targaris or the ultimate Tuscan (in my opinion).(Too many Daves on this thread...

That's alright, i've already spoken to Plasticman briefly about building a car. Was planning on having it bought and the project started ages ago but the other half keeps finding other thing's to spend my money on. Once I do buy the car, just got to decide whether to go for the Targaris or the ultimate Tuscan (in my opinion).(Too many Daves on this thread...
