Greetings all. I am not a regular poster but regularly look at the site. In December 2012 I decided that the T350T deserved a refit. I had this in mind when I purchased it in 2011. I have attached pictures of the original interior.

After many hours of research it became clear that Dave the Trimmer was the man to do it. It's been a long 7 months (I did hassle him to get it in earlier but he is a very popular man) but the car is finally in for the full leather treatment including door cards and dash. The only thing remaining is the carpet. As some of you will know there is an agonising array of colour combinations and designs. With Dave's knowledge and advice I have settled on an anthracite leather and lighter grey Alcantara combination with purple stitching that matches the colour of the car. The steering wheel will also be trimmed in the same leather and purple stitching. The TVR logo will be of the seats too. I will post pictures as I get them. It's hard being patient. It went in on Monday and the estimated time until completion is about 3 weeks.

You wont be dissapointed. Saving the pennies to get my seats done at the moment, which Dave will also be retrmming smile

Look forward with anticipation at the interior and good choice on the badges too, they look great.

Dave found the attached drawing on one of the panels under carpet, apparently drawn by the engineers.

Also, my car after week one.

Lovely Pink Floyd art. It's the little things that make the car...

Zac it looks like your old interior was the same colour as mine, I chose to go black leather with a mix of alcantara, including steering wheel which is lovely to hold. Carpets went to charcoal/black. You are certainly is good hands with Dave. He picked up the colour of the car, Reflex Purple, in the stitching. Feels like new car.

Griffgray I used yours as the template. I was concerned about making it too dark with the anthracite but with he targa I hope to get away wih it.

I trusted Dave's advice too and it's worked a treat. Dare I say it, it now feels like you are sitting in a more expensive german sports car biggrin

Looks fantastic.
My T needs the centre section re-trimming (the 'professional' that fitted the stereo damaged the leather and the gear stick gater) and I will be contacting Dave soon.
However, I am interested in 'ball-park' prices for a full retrim to the level you are showing here and the addition for new carpets.
Would you be prepared to hint at what this beautiful work cost?

I'd be very interested in what it would cost too. I'd like mine done over the winter. Pm me if you like. Thanks

When it comes to prices it's very hard to say how much things are. Your best bet is to speak with Dave because it makes a difference with the specification. Whether you have a part retrim, door cards, carpet etc. Also if you are anything like me you end up adding things as the job goes along. The worst thing is the waiting...

If you are looking at a full re-trim with decent leather and not that cheap grained stuff TVR used, then plan on having a couple of k free.

That way you cover full re-trimming plus any additional stuff you might want doing at the same time.

But contact Dave if you want a real quote to discuss.

Thanks for the couple of PM replies. I wanted a 'ballpark' feel and I am pleased to say that I was fearing higher costs so I'm glad I asked.
I will go and see Dave later in the year and decide how much work I want (or can afford!).

If there is enough people wanting to go, I might be able to talk him into having another open day this year, but he has been to various TVR events this year to gives quotes etc., so there would need to be enough warm bodies wanting to go.
