Looks like an RSK but the doors don't seem right.

The car you are thinking of is the TVR Jomar but that didn't have external door hinges. I would imagine it's a one off sports car of the period based on a Ford pop chassis or something.

Yes, on an Alvis Firebird chassis.

The car looks very much like the first TVR Open Sports and the Jomars. There was a thread recently about the Open Sports, may have been on PH, may have been on the FB page. The pic below isn't mine so if its yours and you want it removed please shout.

The TVR Open Sports that was for sale a few years ago in the UK, looked like this one, whch is very similar to the Jomar Racing cars in the US. This one has the exterior hinges and clearly the "passenger side" is rather different to the old photo.

The TVR Open Sports as illustrated in TVR The Early Years looks like this. This is my favourite early TVR. I'd love to know where it is now. It seems to have what looks like a Jomar badge on it so maybe it went to the States.

I think this is a TVR open sports, in fact i think it is the one below 223 EMA, the other open car pictured is a Jomar because it was shipped to Ray Saidel in the states and therefore badged as a Jomar

I think you are right. If you expand it a lot you can almost make out the 223 part of the plate.

A quick google shows that the other car is in fact chassis 7c105 and as Lucky Carter pointed out is still alive in the US. It's shown on the Jomar Cars website as a mkIi Jomar

Well done chaps, I thought it looked like a Jomar but was confused by the hinges.

Quite right Andrew, so it was. I expect he'll pick it up when he gets back. Right up his street!
