Aware there is a general post - what is the current tyre of choice with Sag owners , standard 18 inch Spiders ..
I need a refresh (due to age rather than wear ) and not sure of the current options ...
Road use only ..
Cheers in advance.

Not got mine on the road yet but it’s got a new set of MPSS ready to go. Michelin PS4S or Super sports are the best performance tyres out there at the moment imho

I put Michelin Sport 4s at the same time as Nitron Shocks on my Tuscan Convertible earlier this year and I'm very pleased with the result smile .

I couldn’t recommend Uniroyal Rainsports more highly of you use your car in anything other than perfect conditions. It shocked me how good they were on the Chimaera and I’ve never looked back since then.

First modification I made on the Tam and best to date (other than the 3.6 to 4.3)

Thanks all,
Have gone for the Michelins - initial impressions positive - grip is noticeably improved , may indicate age of previous rubber and road noise is certainly no worse - haven't had opportunity to try in the wet yet ..
