First little problem for me. There’s a bit of clear fluid on the garage floor under the Tamora. It’s towards the front of the engine. It’s not oil, don’t think it is screen wash so I’m thinking coolant or perhaps something connected with the aircon. I’ve got a pot underneath the car collecting the offending fluid, but wondered if this is normal for the Speed 6? All temps and pressures are good.

Just to add I’ve had a look under the car and in the engine bay with a torch and can’t find anything dripping. Everything looks fine that I can see without getting the car on a ramp.

does it feel/smell like coolant Perfectly clear or is there a colour to it? This time of year is very hard indeed on older car cooling systems, especially if it's used infrequently. The water pump on my Z3 just failed a day or two ago. And you might find that the leak only occurs when the engine is fully hot so ideally you need to run a pressure test on the cooling system to see if you can get it to leak visibly. The pressure tester should be fairly cheap otherwise any decent garage will have one.

Aircon has been on a bit. I wondered condensate too.

Am trying to collect fluid now. Currently not dripping. Fluid on my rag looks very clean and has no smell.

Most likely aircon condensate.

I would say condensate, coolant with antifreeze in tastes sweet. Check if it's losing coolant, the level should be to the horizontal pipe to the engine if you don't have the expansion tank.

Why not run the car and check the water drops? Cool = condensate, hot = coolant. paperbag.
