Doing 70 on a trickle charge

I am new to Tamora ownership, and just wondered if when I plug the car into my trickle charger the speedo should start to read 70? or not?

(it reads 0 when not charging)

On my T350 I was also having issues when plugging in my c-tek charger.
After a few minutes both the needles were jumping all over the place and the lcd dash was lighting up.
From some research done by Bespoke it appeared I was missing a relay and they sent me one in the post.
My car seems to hold the battery power very well so I actually having got around to fitting yet.
The relay they sent is yellow 12v and they have written on it MO643 AH4 .
