Sagaris asking prices
Discussion
Well if that's a £100,000+ car I look forward to selling my Tamora for at least £50k ! haha
Laughable, I'd feel ashamed to present that car for 6 figures in that condition. I'm all for people pushing the barriers of values for our TVR's but that's a joke, park that next to a Speed Six presented vehicle (pretty much any from what I've seen) and anyone with some sense will spend less money and take the better presented car. If they can't get the interior looking 'right' it would give me little confidence in other work done on the car. Supposed professionals should know better and have higher standards instead of higher levels of greed......................

I've heard a lot of good things about Amore but I also formed the opinion that they, or their clients were being a little greedy, at least in relation to a car I was interested in. I was all set to see a green Griffith 500 they had up for sale for £18500 in October/November. It was supposedly tidy but as with a lot of Griffs the wood veneer dash was cracked. Just before going to see it I checked the website and the price had been bumped to £20000 following the dash replacement. A fortnight later the price had increased again to £22500.
I can't see it listed as having sold on their website, perhaps the owner changed his mind, but the thought of someone asking an extra £4000 for a replacement dashboard in a car that didn't sell in a month put me off.
3 seconds - off a cliff, straight down!
I do not normally judge other peoples choices but this is without a doubt the worst looking Sag I have ever seen. The exhausts look like they were prepared by someone that normally 'pimps' Saxo's; the rear wing which (like it or not) is one the things that says 'Sagaris' has been removed; the additions to the interior are awful and I definitely couldn't live with the colour choices. All of this is a matter of opinion but the price is just crazy!

The 0-60mph in less than 3 seconds is just nitpicking but....how hard is it to achieve?
I have done quite a few drag runs. My very best achieved a 0-60 foot in 1.63 seconds and using the various calculators on dragracing sites, this apparently gives me a 0–60 mph in about 3.2 seconds.
That is achieved using drag radials nicely warmed on my 400 BHP Chimaera, raising the revs to the limiter and dumping the clutch. This achieves practically no wheelspin and the front seems to lift off the ground ,, (but unlikely).
Cars with much more powerful engines are not much faster in the 0-60 dash but where they come into their own is once they have gained traction, ( say about 30 miles an hour) they can power on to really high speeds.
If that isn’t off topic I don’t know what is!

The interior and dash are awful on that Sag, hardly any chrome in sight, and that square plastic light switch dial
This Tuscan is also pretty out there for interiors: -

It looks like a children's playroom. Really odd why anyone would spec that. This Tuscan is also pretty out there for interiors: -
