After a few years of limited use, it was time to offer the T to a new owner. As of yestersay it'll be heading down to Essex I understand. A blast of a car and a great follow on to the Elise I came from. A few foibles needed to be overcome but some great memories over the last 10 years and it'll continue to be appreciated wherever it goes, I'm sure.

Are you replacing it with something interesting?

A dinghy of some sort eventually when the kids can swim! I haven't been able to get time to go on track for a few years/no weekend slots worked, so hopefully making the next toy family friendly will help... Missing the 350 already.

It's good to involve the family - my TVR is very much a solo event, as my wife doesn't enjoy it.
She came on a track day once around Cadwell Park and did 4 sessions in the passenger seat, after which she went on Facebook to tell the world she was wearing the wrong colour trousers.

So we bought a caravan last year, plus an awning, so that we could have regular holidays together, and also take the grandchildren along to give their parents a break. It's not been getting much use since March.
The kids and their parents live in the other half of our house (best thing we ever did), so we do see them every day.

Good luck with the dinghy - great past-time/sport, and kind to the planet too.

My wife also enjoyed a skid pan/wet driver training day years ago just to make sure she wasn't scared of it. So easy to control and play with in the wet, very unlike what we expected although they do aquaplane easily.

Times move on. I have had 20 years of goid driving so can't complain too much! Who knows, I may be back one day...
