I saw AML 1 and others

AML1 Was on a lovely grey vanquish.

Hardly surprising though as I had just pulled off the M40 to have a quick flirt up to the Gaydon factory for a nosey. Didn't get in unsurprisingly enough. It looks like he was on his way back to the factory. Defo, post production car...possibly Bez's own???

Also saw the new Range Rover test mule....looks huge !! and very interesting.

Saw a lovely DB7 Vantage on the 40 on the way back up and a DB7 GT when back up in sunny Manchester. Driver seemed a bit stressed as he was banging the steering wheel in frustration at the traffic. Some people are just never happy.

All in all it was defo an Aston couple of days.

Think Dr Bez has a DB9. Autocar had a picture of him and family (plus dog!!) aboard.

AML 1 is Aston's own Demonstrator car used for press and public demonstrations. It is the new Vanquish Sports Dynamics.

They also have 1 AML, V12 AML and AMV 8.

Watch out for the new Vanquish S at the end of this year......................

Looks a beautiful piece of kit the DB9, defo on my fantasy list. Aston's gonna have to up the stakes though with the new Vanquish......which is of course all good !!

I presume the Vanquish S is a modified car and not an all new model?

Blimey, those Aston boys n' girls have probably never been so busy, what with the DB9 now, V8 Vantage next year and tweaked Vanquish later this year. We Aston fans have never had it so good

"New" Vanquish has the Sports Dynamic Pack fitted. EVO rated it better than the DB9 this month and their favourite Aston, despite the DB9 rave reviews. And they indicated that the next iteration, due later this year, will have 525bhp (460bhp now). I scared myself silly in an early Vanquish when it came out - can't wait for the new one.........
