Sump! I like you. You are like me. We can DIY and don't buy much bull or any 'Aston premium'.

I just put the Michelin wipers on and they are great. Far better than Bosch. However they dont have the fit and finish - it looks like a bodge job! Am i missing a cover or something mate?

Na it's literally just that for me also. Doesn't look great but I'd rather have these that outperform anything else I've tried. There were a load of clips though in that plastic box, maybe check if there is an additional cover as I just binned mine!

Given world events this is beyond trivia...but this is very much function above form. So ugly!

Apologies for resurrecting this old topic but before I take the leap and buy some Michelin Stealth wipers for my 06 DB9 Volante (to replace the bulky old-style wipers) I wanted to check if they are a direct swap? Do I need any special adaptors?

Also, have these turned out to be good wipers - ie better than the Bosch and Goodyear that people have complained about above in this topic?

Thanks as always!

Thanks a lot - that’s great. If anyone has any recommendations for wipers which are better than Michelin Stealth, please let me know.

I’d prefer Bosch Aerotwins as they look neater than the Michelin ones but it seems from previous posts on this topic that they don’t work as well?

Thanks again

Ive had both, and found the Bosch didn’t clear part of the passenger screen. No such issues with the Michelin but I haven’t had them long.

Although the Bosch blade looks better, the connector block is massive. The Michelin connector looks a bit “basic” but is less visually intrusive.

They’re cheap anyway so just try one and if you don’t like it then swap.

Steve at Aston1936 has suggested Bosch ICON 24A (driver) // 20B (passenger) for a DB9:

https://aston1936.com/2020/05/28/windshield-wiper-blade-options-for-the-aston-martin-db9/

Same article also mentions Trico Force p/n 25-240 (driver) // Trico Force p/n 25-200 (20" passenger) // Trico Force p/n 25-210 (21" Passenger)

I'm struggling to find a UK supplier of these. Any tips? Has anyone tried either on a DB9?

Need to get prepared for the British summer.

Hi all

Did anyone ever find a proper aero blade solution for the DB9, I have a DBS and want to do this upgrade, but may consider the MY 12> arm swap if needed, the arms and old style blades spoil a beautiful car.

Thanks

Carl

Hi
Looking for some help please.

I need new wiper for my 2006 DB9 Volante and I see that the Michelin wipers are good.
Where can I buy them in the UK? Searched on line but cannot find any.

Google is not my friend...

Having just acquired a 2006 DB9 - checking in here to see if anyone's had any success with new blades recently? I looked at upgrade the arms but the arms are prohibitively expensive (and I'm prioritising other upgrades right now!).
