I still fancy going and having a look round at Trinity on their open morning if you are going.
We could then travel up to meet Nick and then Steve on the way up t'north o'country.
We have Garmin and Aston so one of them should allow us to find the way wink

(could always look at a map too)

Excellent Tony - definitely my plan as well!

I have to make a quick stop at the Donnington services to see a man about a dog (watch) on the way, but shouldn't keep anyone longer than a coffee wink

I don't have Aston satnav and my 12v socket doesn't work so can't use TomTom either. Hence needing to follow someone clever smile

Hmm..maybe we could allow the 'initiation' of a few new members to the exclusive Secret Lay by club.....Cockernee 'passed' it ok so I'm sure Yeti and Bincenzo (the bd )would be able to join in...

I'll be heading up from London too.

I won't make Trinity (have already dragged Romi along to this, and I think a 3 hour detour in the opposite direction could be pushing my luck) but can maybe meet you at the Toddington Services between J11 and J12 of the M1? 2pm-ish, maybe?

Lewis, if you have my number still from Welsh Borders, maybe text me when you're leaving Cobham, as imagine it'll take roughly the same time for me to get to Toddington from my place.

Are you getting a SECOND shirt then Andrew?

Harsh but true, and can you believe I never even got to wear it due to us being 'delayed' so long in the bar prior to dinner drink. I do like to keep up appearances you know rolleyes, however in my case the saying 'you can't polish a tcensoredd' may well apply.frown

I'm getting a little concerned about my name being used in conjunction with laybys and initiation. Is this some sort of 'dogging' affair? And Nick, you appear to be going solo, so I'm definitely not making an appearance at this do, I know what you're like! Well, at least that what Cockernee tells me......AND, what qualifies me as a bd? wink

Phil....can't quite work out why your driver(s) need a sat nav. Surely the 'dead centre' of every town is easy to find rofl
