Spotted: Old Aston - What is it?

Just been outside on Grey Street in Newcastle and seen a lovely old Aston - B*K 999 parked up.

It's a really old one - open top - sweeping wings, closed pod lights at the front, looks very much like a 1950s style - beautiful. Must be rare. Don't know what it is - any ideas?

Sounds like a DB6 Volante to me. Very rare and appreciating in value. Good one? £150k ish
