Great car and at a quick glance you could be mistaken for F1 legend David Coulthard.

Fitted new tyres, it now drives like it's not trying to kill me. Awesome.

Took it off SORN first thing this morning, drove it to the ASM open day in Bressingham, met Bob (Y100), and Bob's DBR.... it's a thing of beauty...... chatted to some of the other DBR owners too, great bunch of people, and a big hats off to Andrew of ASM, very impressive stuff.... smile

Took out fuse 22 on my V8V to try it for a while before buying the remote switch...

If its not too loud on the M-way may just fix it like this

A snap from my annual road trip around Scotland over 3 - 4 days. Great way to spend a long weekend. Great mix of cars too.

Sport - Park?!

Looks good - thinking of doing the same just doing the top half as have to replace my cracked ski slope. The other lower row can wait!

Your new car looks great, David.
Love the colour - quite unusual I think. Goes very well with (your?) the background crop.

I did notice some subtle changes;
MY 2009 to 2012·25 (standard suspension) wheels,
De- chromed,
Sills,
Front splitter.

If you have time, please describe the contrasting driving feelings of V8V versus Mk III.
With so many years between them, I presume the driving differences must be enormous.

Enjoy.

I'll have a pop at that one. As you can imagine, one is like driving a high quality, modern GT the other has the feel of a late '40s car at the end of its development run. Other than the V8V carrying the Aston badge I can't think of any resemblances hehe
