Managed to do both.
Finally managed to pick up after almost exactly 1 year after placing deposit.
The colour - Peridot metallic - wont be to all tastes but im very pleased with it and in the sun today looked stunning. Not an everyday car colour for sure but I think it suits the occasion that a GT8 brings !
After driving away from the dealer I was slightly fussed that it didnt seem that noisy but was reassured by my wife following behind that it was - with sports button pressed and taking it easy it sounds a little reminiscent of a 70's American muscle car.
Only done 150 miles but already feels very pointy and turn in feels pretty good and not a million miles away from the feel of my GT3 which bearing in mind how much smaller and lighter that is no mean feat.

I would never have specced that colour - but it is absolutely stunning. Well done, congratulations and most of all enjoy. Mind you cannot see how you wouldn't smile

Congrats on the car looks great!

Not sure where you're based but are you taking it down to the Goodwood Breakfast Club on the 7th May? 4 of us are convoying down and I think there is at least one other going.

Are your light inserts and tailgate in satin black? Or is it a non-gloss carbon fibre?

It's a great look - very 'race-car'

Looks fantastic Al, a real head turner. Well done on the bold spec, it works really well on the GT8. Enjoy in good health.

Aybee , No - I have a GT3 - in Riviera Blue - so probably shouldn't photo the 2 together.

Saw it on the Thursday before you picked it up Al......looked stunning.....top job !

There was a triple black V12SRM LHD in there too which looked pretty sweet.
