8 speed red car at Maranello looks a great price. 2015, 7k and under £125k.
Agreed, just wish it was a different colour and I would have snapped it. Not see the red in person yet so should I really go have a look. Trouble is I cannot take my eyes off the metallic grey colour. Redline have a 2013 model for under £115. Just missing the 8 speed gearbox so hopefully one will come up with that colour and 8 speed gearbox. Also looking forward to seeing the information from Gingermunky

This is the ratio of colours, i.e. 1 red car to 8 black cars.
1x Red
2x White
4x Grey
4x Silver
8x Black
Interestingly Black cars tend to have higher mileage at the same average price, which suggests they hold their price better.
The majority of black cars will be Onyx Black (with Obsidian Black interior) so even better to look out for a more 'interesting' black both inside and out would be my call. 1x Red
2x White
4x Grey
4x Silver
8x Black

Very nice.I'd go for that or ultramarine.
Not sure about what I'd choose as an interior colour.
Obvious choice would be black with contrast stitching however, although tasteful,I like the light truffle on my onyx black car as it lightens the feel of the car.
Black interior although tasteful can be a bit....well.....black.

Out of curiosity, why did nobody mention the DBS?
The DBS is going up in value and is within budget.
Arguably now significantly over priced in the UK, and maybe at the top of the appreciation curve for the time being. No doubt will go through further cycles of appreciation in years to come as it becomes more rare and sort after as a classic Bond car. Great long term investment. The DBS is going up in value and is within budget.
I agree that DBS prices seem high, but we have been saying that for a while now. If the OP is concerned about deprecation but wants a truly stunning Aston Martin then the DBS sounds the best fit to me. I also believe the TT is better priced and is still rising (though of course not at the same level as the Manual).
I really wish I had bought one a couple of years ago when I was first looking. Having said that, I have not lost a penny on the early DB9 I bought when the DBS purchase fell through.

I've always followed the light exterior/dark interior and dark exterior/light interior principle. A black interior in a black car is just too oppressive. "Suicide black" as (in)famously pronounced by someone here...
As a man of impeccable taste, comme moi,I agree. However, I would not go so far as to say it would move me to Hari kiri.
OP, for what it's worth, the 6sp car will always be worth less than the 8sp unless some calamitous mechanical problem becomes commonplace, which seems unlikely. Therefore they will always prop up the prices of the 8.
In years to come the only fundamental difference will be the gearbox, any other tech will be out of date and largely an irrelevance.
