Yes I think that's what it cost as an option on the GT8. Saves about 3kg of weight so really if you go for it it's primarily got to be for cosmetic reasons. Personally I think it's too much

Good God! There is quite a pattern of many manufacturers often charging comedy money for options. Very often it's the wheels - upping from std size wheels to ones an inch bigger costs thousands not hundreds. Value has to come into the equation to temper their greed!

Dewi its where they make the "good" money.
McLaren charged £2.5k to change the LTD Edn plate on the 675 from "1 of 500 made" to "no xxx of 500" and many people paid it!
On roofs there is a roof intake option on the 675 coupe - £30k to you sir!

Different car I know, but saw the Vantage AMR Pro go up the hill at Goodwood today. Holy fking stballs that thing sounds like Thor gargling with a Lion's balls.

AMR Pro - Not allowed on the road. ( Have I got that correct for the Pro models? )

With that amount of noise, it won't be allowed on many tracks either.
( Goodwood have special noise level permissions, for some of their events. )

Yep Manual, V12, Coupe. I got a cancelled allocation from another PH`er.

I didn`t go for the carbon interior pack, has anyone optioned this before? How does it look? I am not convinced that CF everywhere looks good.

I agree with the door caps along the top it is a lot of CF. However, I don't think the piano black door pulls should be in any V12V, so I would spec carbon. Doesn't sit well the ultimate version not having something standard in the original cars for me.

Unless i am reading it wrong the Cf is as follows: ICP1 Q Interior Carbon Fibre Pack - 5,495.00

Not sure it is 2.5k worth let alone 5.5k
