Sounds like you're going to have a great time. Track days very exciting. I enjoyed the sound of an Aston blasting past me at full throttle! Very excited to see pictures/videos. Could someone set up a shared folder in dropbox or something similar that people could post to?

Was having a cheeky look at the track layout as I have never been to Rockingham.

Do we know which track layout is being used for Sunday?

Hi Paul. A quick one.. Gopros. Do you know what the rules are for mounts? I.e inside /outside? Fixed bolt on installs v sticky mounts v suction cups? A quick google revealed more questions than answers.. if not I'll try and confirm with the track tomorrow.

As long as they are fixed I'm sure they are fine, so the suction mounts are ok, the only thing they do state is no hand held devices...

Just found this back on page 23 of this post , In car filming
If you wish to use a video camera you must complete an in-car camera permission form and hand it in at registration. Hand held cameras of any type are not permitted to be carried or used whilst your car is on track. Hopes this helps

Cheers guys. Borrowed some kit from work. Will take a proper look at it on Friday. Hilton booked for Saturday, but babysitter proving a bit of a headache. Will try to be there for the evening but might have to rock up around 11.30pm and meet you for a very early breakfast. If it's on that early on a Sunday?
