Very sorry to hear that Paul. Hopefully the recovery service won’t need to see your driver licence for ID smile

But more seriously a huge thank you for organising the day. It was tiring but great fun and lovely to meet a lot of the PHers for the first time. Even the weather turned out near perfect!

Ps for those staying up there tonight I’d recommend this pub 2 mins from the hotel in Rockingham village. Food was very good

Thanks for sorting Paul - great to meet you and the missus. Mind you, looks like there is a reason Astons are such cry babies about 'low battery' when you try and leave the radio on whilst you wash it!

Loved it all and met some lovely people, and yes, fell for my Aston even more :-)

I did abysmally at the filming - too busy gassing in the paddock! Here's a few really scrappy shots, shot almost over the ugly fence smilehttps://vimeo.com/265994836 . Audio is ok so the few cars I shot can enjoy their engines as the world hears them smile

Don't forget to finish that half bottle of red I left at the hotel!!! Thanks again smile

What a superb day! Well done paul for organising. Just brilliant. Didnt meet absolutely everyone, cant remember everyones names or who they are on the forum, so I’m a bit rubbish and a ‘oi it was me’ would be fair play, but will fill some of the blanks in next time.

What a fantastic event! Thanks for organising it Paul.

Massive thanks to Darren in the V12 Vantage Volante & Justin in the V8 N430 (both with Bamford Rose upgrades) for taking me out for some passenger laps. Both sounded epic!

Unfortunately I seem to be too tall to get into a decent driving position in the Vantage and DB9 with a helmet on, so it looks like I'll be keeping the TVR Cerbera for now and will start searching for a track toy. Thanks to the other owners who let me try to squeeze into their cars with a helmet on!

I fitted in the DB11 with no issue but unfortunately they are way out of my price range!

A fab event and a huge thank you to Paul for organising.

I wasn't supposed to be attending as we're in the middle of a house move this weekend, but when pictures started popping up I couldn't help but rush over to gatecrash for a few hours.

Some great cars and fab drivers... Ollie, cheers for showing me the lines! wink

Conscious that I got to enjoy a few laps without paying, I've made a donation from all of us to Darren Turner's justgiving page (he was running the marathon today!). Hope that's OK with everyone and cheers for having me.

Well what a great day that turned out to be. woohoo

So nice to meet you all, really enjoyed it..

I just want to say thank you to you all for making it as easy as possible for me to organise, no one held out with any funds or left me high and dry... laugh

Am so glad every one enjoyed the day and the weather was kind...

I WILL be organising another one for next year, absolutely no hesitation. Rockingham again.. The team and staff were great couldn't of asked for any better, so a massive thank you to all of them. Especially to one of the guys, I think his name is Stuart?? Who came to our rescue in his own time even after he had gone home for the day... Cant thank him and his lovely girlfriend enough...

Another huge thank you to David Appleby, your a true gent..... Thanks for all the help and assistance, Matt George as well, what a really nice lad he is..

And not forgetting HWM Weybridge for coming along with the team and cars, that added a special extra something for the day. Next one we will get together and see if we can make it even better...

Oh and my driving licence was still on the scanner at the trailer company office... rolleyeslaugh
