Slight concern that people are getting worried about having/not having trackday cover.... are you thinking theres likely going to be a smash? You would have to be way out of your comfort zone to get things very very very wrong to end up off the track or into somebody.
There wont be any of that on the day.....

Hi Chris, Excellent and welcome..... I have added you to the list (see below) Please just email me to say that you are coming, I will then email you back all of the payment details. Have a good read through the whole thread so you can see how its all gone. So far everyone has paid £300-00 each, more may be required once I close entries in the 1st-2nd week of April.
Now with 27 cars the amount per person will be £389-00 each. but lets see how many more we can get.

Thats good to hear, I have done plenty of motorbike trackdays and nobody really bothers with cover on those. Today is the cut off for the deposit for Rockingham, we have 27 cars which at present equates to £389-00 each.
We have all paid £300-00 each so far (with the exception of 2 who have confirmed but not yet paid) so at worst we will need to dig deep into our pockets for an extra £89-00 which I'm sure we can all do...
I will keep entries open until 31/03/18 so if more want to join then they can, which will help lower the cost for everyone.
By this date (31/03/18) any outstanding monies MUST be paid to me in advance as I don't want envelopes on the day... Also anyone who does not pay the extra wont be allowed out on the track and will be asked to leave.

Well done Paul, a lot of effort and no doubt frustration went into pulling what I’m sure is going to be a fantastic day together.
I won’t send the top up money over just yet as entry numbers might remain fluid for the next couple of weeks but rest assured it will be with you the moment you give the word.
Really looking forward to the day, driving Rockingham, admiring everyone else’s cars, seeing 30 or so Aston’s together on a track setting and meeting everyone involved. Staying st our daughters on the Saturday night but going to book into the Hampton Hilton for the Sunday night so I can enjoy a few beers with those staying after the event.
I won’t send the top up money over just yet as entry numbers might remain fluid for the next couple of weeks but rest assured it will be with you the moment you give the word.

Just shovelling down a pot noodle at my desk, it's suprisingly nice actually, bloody cold at work today, funnily enough!
I just want to acknowledge the latest updates from Paul. Great news that we're now 100% on!! Very excited!
Any extra amount will be transferred to you Paul straight away.
Looking forward to seeing you all in the bar at the Hilton on the Saturday night and can I please ask that one of you tells me to stop drinking when I reach my tenth pint, we're driving the next morning!!! Oh dear!
