Fitting a 6 slat Grille to a V12 Vantage S

Has anyone done this? I’ve seen it done the other way around but looking to be able to swap between he S Grille and a 6 slat Grille. As it’s been done the other way around.m, I guess it must be possible but my dealer seemed concerned that the mounting differed and it isn’t that straight forward. I’m wondering if anyone has done this and how easy it is? Thanks

Can't the dealer just try it, it's a five minute job (literally) to swap a grill. I guess if you go with the agreement if it fits you'll buy it, then I don't see why they wouldn't ?

I love my S grille on my V12V, think it should be a straight forward swop

Before and after (kind of)... May not be for purists but I’m a happier bunny....





Oh and a few under the bonnet changes...just waiting for the inspection badge to be swapped over....

Thanks for the pix! I have been thinking of changing by OEM carbon grille for metal slats as well; it's nice to see what it would actually look like.

That looks really nice for both the Grille and under the bonnet

IMO your modifications are how things should have been from the factory.
The 6 slat grille looks subtle and modern with a hint of classic that just works for me.
I have never been keen on my mesh Grille even with the Carbon surround.
I will be following you and doing the same to my V12VS. Nice work!
