Message On Screen After Bluetooth Upgrade

Hi all,
I had a the Aston Martin Bluetooth update fitted and then the update file flashed but I have an issue.
Since fitting it and flashing the unit I have this message on the display and the sat nav doesn't pop up.
When plugging in the old screen in the radio comes one, sat nav pops up and everything is fine.
Plug the new screen in again and the same messages.
I have suggested to Aston Martin that it could be a fault with the screen but if they order a replacement and it doesn't solve it they will charge to send it back.
Has anyone had this when fitting a bluetooth upgrade?
