New DBS Superleggera
Discussion
With the confidential viewings coming to a close in the next couple of weeks, the next opportunity to see a pre-production car will likely be the dealer launch parties (typically not long after the public launch at Gaydon / embargo lift). Much in the same way as the confidentials, if you don't ask, you don't get. It's a good time to be asking the question at your local dealer as to show interest to attend their launch event.
The time frame on DBS is improved over new Vantage. That was dragged out for a long period between viewing the car (back in October) and today where dealers are only just getting hold on demo cars in the coming weeks. Some of the excitement of the new car fizzled away with such a gap between the two IMO. The firm's done a much better job with DBS to condense the period between initial unveiling and the planned production to get real cars out in the wild.

Yes, unfortunately it does seem so.
We have had surprisingly few people on here, saying they are buying one.
I don't think this is that Aston specific, just the fact that there is a bit of a new car fatique taking place and that the consumer sentiment is turning negative. I think that buying a new (old tech) car now could just be the end of an era thing and I don't mean this in a positive value enhancing sense. Electric drivetrains are taking over and we might just get stuck with a dinosaur.

It's a nightmare for the dealers and AML. The day I went I believe there were meant to be six guests, four didn't bother to turn up!!!
Was that one with quite an early start? I declined, mainly because of the time I’d have to leave home to get there, but easy (albeit not really acceptable) to see how some would have accepted and then changed their mind on then day. Hoping to see it fairly soon, and I want to like it, but it’ll take something very special indeed to make me change.
Another spyshot, wing and side vents seem to be different.

It was on here for five minutes. Twice.
Sorry, didn't realize that. I think I have found the photos. Bright blue car with black roof?
It does look good, but hope that cheap looking enormous black metal mesh grille, is not production spec.
At the price we anticipate, everything should look quality.
