Parking for Olympic Stadium Stratford

All; best place to park for a concert this Saturday... left it too late to book space at Stratford international station. Is Westfield shopping centre a nightmare? Advice welcomed!

The shopping centre is fine in my experience.

Westfield is fine but get there early. They close one of the roads past the centre on big stadium events to allow pedestrians to cross the road. Restricts access to car parks if you are coming from the A12 and don't know the back way round to car park C.

I'd go early and have something to eat first at Westfield.

I see your in the south-east , have you thought about parking at Ebbsfleet and jumping on the train . If it's the high speed Javelin it takes about 15 mins to Stratford, parking is from £5 per day .

If you live anywhere near the Southend-Liverpool St or Colchester-Liverpool St main line rails routes, I'd be inclined to park up locally and jump on the train to Stratford, and not bother driving

I’m doing a drop off/collect for my wife on Friday for the FF gig. Thinking of somewhere like Wyke Road/Monier Road and them walking in across the footbridge.Will this work or be a daft idea? Any local knowledge appreciated!

There is quite a bit of development going on around there, but I'm not sure if it will affect the parking. There's also a crossing over the Lee at the end of Dace Street that would work as well.

The Boss has decided we should turn up early (the morning) and have a day of shopping (joy) and then go and see the Foos - should overcome the parking issue. Trains into Euston and across aren’t great and getting back home from Euston somewhat challenging given last train is midnight or so...

Any car shops in Westfield Stratford???

I think there's a Westfield Tesla shop - but in Shepherd's Bush
