DB9 CD "Deck Error"

got the dreaded "deck error" message on the display in my 2005 DB9, wouldnt eject / play/change disc, this is a common problem and although its a Volvo unit it has AM software.
Sent it to Dave at car audio medics 01622 717091, returned in 2 days!! with completely new mechanism for just under £300, refitted and works perfectly.
First class service from start to finish.
