Tyre sensors. Vantage V12
Discussion
BTW, I checked the Autel website, looks like their sensors are going to work on my car. Fingers crossed.
While there, I might also have found out that even for older cars with the Smartire system, which so far the only options are either delete the whole system with the Redpants cable or shell out 250€ PER SENSORS at the dealer, those Autel might work, check this out:
In green, C means that if with the Autel tool you can copy the original config file, the sensors will be recognised by the Smartire system. At 35€ each, I think it might be worth trying if you are with dead batteries on the older Smartire sensors.

Many thanks for the update. Interesting info on the Smartire option.....cheers.While there, I might also have found out that even for older cars with the Smartire system, which so far the only options are either delete the whole system with the Redpants cable or shell out 250€ PER SENSORS at the dealer, those Autel might work, check this out:

No worries Madcal, I can too gladly report back that those sensors worked like a charm. Second after ignition, the car started picking up pressure values one by one and no warning light.
I can 100% vouch that this MX sensor from Autel is working with the Huf/Beru system with no configuration whatsoever.
And if your car is showing the light with the message Tyre System Fault, but readings of the four corners are working, it is because the sensors batteries are on their way out, like a Low Battery message.
Thank you guys for your help, for 5-7 years I should be good.

Aston Installations can do this for a shed load less - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NE4QlYhYi6o
Contact James Hawkes Reed from Aston Installations. I don't know the price they are doing this stuff for, mine was the first and included the cameras and other gizmos.
Did I read some time ago you have a smartire display / programmer that I could rent to configure a new set of Tom's valves ? It's for. 2008 DBs. Fingers crossed but I see you have similar cars in your fleetContact James Hawkes Reed from Aston Installations. Buy the deleted for about 30 pounds and check the tyres manually.

- try to replace the batteries in the sensors, even if it's pretty complicated according to this video.
Anyone with the V8V/R Smartire (early) system should watch ths video. it looks like the batteries can be replaced in the sensors. Batteries available here https://www.tme.eu/gb/details/bat-br1632a_han/batt...To be honest it doesn't look that complicated, just a bit of soldering.
