At least with ceramics it is only dirt you clean not brake dust.... But the point is well made.
Do they look a little fussy though? And somehow a tribute to this...
Still might get some.
Had some very similar on my new 1988 Gti , May I refer you to my previous post , the same point applies.Do they look a little fussy though? And somehow a tribute to this...

Very nice!!! Love the colour and the wheels. Wow. I presume that car has long gone (or was never for sale from there) as it's not on their website. Those silver AMR wheels would look great on another very nice unique blue example they have for sale:

Just not sure if the car should have silver window surrounds to go with silver wheels?
Anyway, back on planet Earth...

Agree with you, blue car should have either black or silver accents but a mixture is a little off (only a little, it is still an Aston!)Those silver AMR wheels would look great on another very nice unique blue example they have for sale:

Were they the BBS wheels. Loved those on the the Golf Gti
They were the BBS wheels , Mill VW offered me a cracking deal on some they had in stock, except they were gold , ended up with silver wheels at the same price , on a Tornado red Gti.
E 802 LBR , how sad that I can still even remember the registration number.
Anyhow, back on topic.
It is time to buy, not to sell ;-)
The world will move away from chasing 0-60 times and revert to chasing driving pleasure as the ability to deploy 900 bhp becomes harder and harder outside a track. Therefore involvement and amusement and driving challenge will become more of the target of performance cars.
Normally aspirated manual cars will become more sought after.
Values are depressed a little right now due to Brexit uncertainty which is making people wait before buying expensive non-essential items. Others are deciding they need to sell as this uncertainty makes you feel better with more cash in the bank / fewer monthly payments.
Thus a buying opportunity.
All just my opinion of course, biased since I just bought one.

I do agree that driver enjoyment will prevail over top-speed bragging rights. My V12VS (Sportshift) is hilarious and whilst I spent some happy time today drooling over DBSS' at AM Cambridge, I love the relatively old-school charms of my 3-year old Vantage.

I was thinking to sell mine this year. Not because of any uncertainties, just that I want to use the money for non-car related things.
Been offered £65k off Independent dealer. I need to pull £70k+ though so may not happen unless a private buyer is interested.

A clever bit of crafty publishing Phil, but please don't leave the AM fraternity, because your great work on the V12V list is not finished yet.
How can you bear to part with such a gorgeous car?
You might want to follow my example.
Write off and forget the value, then consider it as a beautiful piece of art (which can be driven) and family heirloom.
