So what have you done with your Aston today? (Vol. 2)
Discussion
Opportunity to introduce a more traditional grille option, as expected?
I believe this to be the case although the car we saw had the usual. In fairness once the number plate is on the car ( and yes I realise people would prefer not to have number plates ) the grill looks less offensive. Add a bit of paint lipstick ( and I emphasise bit ) and the grill is nearly acceptable.
The car we saw was in a satin dark grey which whilst not for me per se looked fabulous almost to the point that you didn't look at the grill !

Thanks for replying. Heard rumbles some time ago that the roadster was an opportunity to offer an alternative, slat type grille. Given the OHMSS DBSS treatment, I think it’s a credible possibility. Dont despair Djit - its definitely coming. And my understanding is that it will be introduced with the Vantage Roadster (as a ‘classic’ option). So not long to wait Pulled bonnet fuse box Fuse 26 so that my newly broken O/S headlamp washer doesn't completely eject itself and get destroyed on the road before I can get it fixed, hopefully next week.
Just annoying that there are these little bits of the car that are not fit for purpose. That's both of mine broken in the first 6 years of the cars life and I think we can expect better than that. Good job the rest of the car is epic

Had my old front discs put back on with a new set of Pagid RSL1 pads for SCD Blyton Park track day tomorrow. The pads are superb so seriously looking forward to putting the old discs to good use tomorrow
Enjoy! I look forward to hearing how you get on on track, and any other mods you have done for track work (manifolds and clutch aside). I always attend the SCD anglesey track day, but I haven't been on track with the aston yet... a bit concerned about the weight!cypriot said:

Blyton Park SCD track day was great today and the Vantage performed flawlessly. Michelin PS4S's survived and continue to amaze with their breadth of talent from cold & wet to track. RSL1 pads excellent with superb stopping power and no detectable fade. Drove the morning in Track Mode and the afternoon with DSC completely off which is even more fun. Had a ride in a Caterham 620R (stupid fast on track) and a Viper ACR which was awesome apart from totally unsupportive seats and no harnesses.
