Was on Wednesday I was lucky enough to do a double header 1) McGurks to have my N400 sills fitted then popped across to Bamford Rose to have an Education from Mike about my ASM1 deciding wether or not it will go into 5th... a plug into the computer showed a couple of anomalies but seems better for now. Proper investigation will be had when I'm in for those manifolds... 430bhp life will be nice biggrin

Took her to the garden centre to get some seed compost. Very attractive young woman in a Range Rover parked next to me as i was putting compost in the boot, and said 'what a beautiful car'. I duly thanked her..... Its often the little things that restore faith in others in these difficult times... Unfortunately I couldn't flirt because she had her mum with her. Who was definitely a good bit younger than me. Still, had a bigger grin on the way home than I'd had on the way there biggrin

If you don't mind me asking, how much did that cost, sills and fitting, and presumably a good job done??

Yesterday:
Went from Pirelli tyres to michelin: perfect car now.
Let the brake been complete cleaned up: almost no squealing anymore from the Carbon-Ceramic brakes.
Let check the Coils: no issue.

I’ve just taken delivery of Michelin 4s to replace my Pirelli too. 20’” Virage alloys with original figment P zero tyres. Only done about 1500 miles on them but fancied Michelin.
Hope it’s worth it!

A busy week for the Vanquish. She had a final checkover after the PPF and paint correction and she also had the sills ppf'd so my big feet wont scratch the kick plate also did the passengers side.

Then on the sunday met up with car cousins after a great country run with about 20 cars, 15 astons and 5 Mclarens. Pity I cant upload a quick clip howevr here are some photos

A great trip Anthony.

Don't worry about the upside down photos.
For us Brits, at least that proves the world is round. wink

Explanation - both cars mostly designed by the same man.
