DB4GT volante?
Discussion
After seeing the db6 thread, it got me thinking.
Did AM ever design, plan to build or build a DB4GT convertible or a DB4GT Zagato spyder or convertible?
I think the answer is no to actually building one, but wonder if they ever designed one etc. Wonder if a DB5 or DB6 zagato was ever thought of....
No. The Zagato bodywork was on the shortened DB4 chasis. The drop head coupe was on the longer, "normal" chasis length and came out a few years after they stopped building the shorted wheelbase.
The DB4 were built with 3 different coachbuilders: Touring, used under licence by Aston as the standard bodywork, Zagato (19) and Bertone (just one)
