I bought a set of floor mats for my then 2007 Vantage in 2009 from the VCollection. The transaction was fine and I was very happy with the mats.
Unfortunately in February 2019 I tried to buy a pair of matte carbon fiber sill covers for my V12 Vantage. I was told initially they were not in stock but would be available shortly. A few weeks later I allowed them to charge my credit card. A few weeks later they apologized for the delay and told me they would refund the shipping charges (upon shipping) to compensate me for the delay. I periodically would check on the status and was told they had quality problems with the carbon fiber and that was what was causing the delay. Four months into this they stopped responding to my emails and wouldn’t answer my phone calls. They never refunded my money.
Needless to say, I would never buy from the VCollection again.
