I'll be the scruffy looking guy with an Indian wife.
Gingery blond hair (mine, not the wife's).

An Indian with gingery blond(e) hair would be a rare combination!

I'll look out for you. I'll be the one with a wife who's probably still cursing me for getting her to come a) in the first place b) in the 450SE which she hates!!

Some photos from tonight's launch at Duxford. Apologies for the quality but lighting wasn't exactly great!

Cirks, what did you think?

Great Location I think...

And I sorted out my test drive date at last.

I think its one of the first events where the dealer demo cars were there too, so 5 v8's rather than the previous events floating 3.

The red one was a complete turn off for me

I thought it was a great venue. Nice to see lots of cars on display as well as some fantastic military hardware.
Cirks, saw and heard your awesome 450 as we left. Very nice!
You are right about the lighting.

It was definately a good location but the lighting didn't really show off the cars or the aircraft as well as it perhaps could.

Yup - ditto. 3 weeks to go.....

Now, you should know better than to say that! It did look slightly different than when at Gaydon but still superb I think (then again, as it's my spec I would say that wouldn't I ). My wife has told me I should have gone for a blue as per DB9 Volante that was there.
Strangely, and this isn't just retaliation for your comment, the black did very little for me. It did look better up at the factory but last night I thought it was just a bit too understated for the car.

I had a nasty feeling that, having kept my eye out for you all evening, it was you and your wife just as we were pulling out! I'm sorry I didn't stop to say hello.

A few. They generally are either cr*p because of the lighting (the ones I posted earlier were all without flash as it ended up with better shots) or with an ugly mug (me) or a beautiful lady (just in case my wife reads this) in them.... Won't be able to post any more up until tomorrow though.

IMO, black is the best colour I have seen on the car so far.
Seems to sit on the front of the car better than the lighter colours...........if you know what I mean ???

Not enough, lol...

A little bit more and I will express my views on my favourite stitching, etc..

In all seriousness, I have seen the car in a few colours now and black is my favourite so far, even if it is a pig to keep clean, lol....

No problem. The big V8 sound was quite something.

Thanks. Better sounding than the 'little' V8 in the Aston I wonder ?
