Had my first run in with the tyre pressure monitoring system today, worked very well, but the warning locks out the electronic speedo, can you get around this so the speedo is still readable until you find a suitable garage, is it in the car settings?

Grant - not sure if you're in V8 or 9 - on the 9 there is a button on centre console that says 'clear', if you press it, read out returns to normal.

I'm in a V8, but there is a "general" clear button, didn't think that affected the instrument display, but will give it a try next time. Thanks for your help.
Cheers.

Mik, are you saying this is the system fitted to the Aston as standard?

The following is quoted " The system comes as standard equipment on the AM Vanquish and Morgan Aero 8" As the article is dated Jan `02 I`m asuming it`s the same system as fitted to our V8V`s .
