I took it out for a good 400 mile run yesterday, (no milk involved biggrin ) just amazing performance, you have to be careful, so flippin fast.. biggrin

I`d love to take a V12V for a blast, but on the other hand I wouldn`t, the power is no doubt intoxicating, and similarly dangerous... I think it could be the itch I couldn`t scratch!

I refused to drive a V12 AM until I'd got the funds for one. The moment you fire the engine for the first time is the moment it has you smile

its just not the first time you fire it up, it makes me jump every time with the shear noise

From that angle it looks big, it probably is big! The rear deck looks more like a Bentley than an Aston, perhaps that's the market they're going for, competing with big fat Bentley convertibles rather than sports cars. I suppose that's what the Vantage is intended for.

The "at rest" shots do show a very attractive set of alloys though, much more imaginative than the launch coupe.

Taken at Aston Martin Leeds for Supercar Drivers Club/AMOC event, looks even better on the move (Matt of SCD is the excellent photographer).
