You're missing the point dear chap. This is indeed a thread to air any issues you may have with BR (positive or negative) as it is their thread and one would hope they read it. However, to not only air your issues but also blatantly advertise the services of a competitor company in a thread paid for by BR is, as has been said, rather silly on your part.
A touch ironic that the below was on your "worldofcotton" Facebook page don't you think Glendower.

Do find it odd that I haven't had any problem communicating with BR both while discussing what I wanted doing and since it has been carried out.
Mike even took the time to talk to me whilst he was abroad(different ring tone)even though I said I would call him when he was back in the UK. Not the actions of someone who doesn't want to talk or correspond with customers IMHO.

That will be the same BR who's order books and work schedule are now full until mid-December.... They do answer their phone...(Spoke to Mike today) and they do respond to emails.. (Received one asking what would be a good time to call)...Have you thought that it might just be you that they want nothing to do with???? Just Sayin...

You really are just coming across as someone who has a private beef with the company. Spend your time talking with the guys at BR it isn't that hard.No they don't have a receptionist and from experience they spend their time working on cars and sorting things for their customers.
Personally I would sooner have that than the stealers who's pretty receptionist takes your message and then they don't bother calling anyway or if they do they can't help even though you have just done their job and provided the part number you need for them.
On the basis they are there 5 days a week why not just go there pick up your bits and then go use your preffered specialist while we await you having a pop at them in the future.

I didn't receive all of my product but you have taken my money. Please get in contact with me. I am now forced to make a formal complaint to the office of fair trading and I would suggest that anyone who is reading this and in this situation do the same. Someone appears to unwilling to contact their dis-satisfied customers having taken their hard earned cash. Their are plenty of other upset punters on there as well.
